Afran Nisho

Ahammed Fazle Rabbi, known popularly as Afran Nisho,is a Bangladeshi actor, model, story writer and playback singer who predominantly works in television dramas, films and web series. He has appeared in over 850 television productions since his debut in the early 2000s, gaining prominence for his versatile roles in genres ranging from romance and drama to thrillers and supernatural stories. Nisho made his film debut as a lead in the 2023 crime thriller Surongo, which earned him the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actor. He received critical acclaim and his first Meril-Prothom Alo Award for Best TV Actor in 2017 for Jog Biyog (2016). Expanding his talents, he debuted as a story writer and singer in Muthophone (2019), and won further awards for series like Punorjonmo (2021–Present), including multiple Meril-Prothom Alo honors.
