Benjamin Saunders Steiner was an American professional baseball player. A second baseman, he appeared in 82 games in Major League Baseball between 1945 and 1947 for the Boston Red Sox (1945–1946) and Detroit Tigers (1947). Steiner, born in Alexandria, Virginia, attended Central High School in Washington, D.C., and North Carolina State University. He was listed at 5 feet 11 inches (1.80 m), 165 pounds (75 kg); he batted left-handed and threw right-handed.
