Jia Zhangke
Jia Zhangke is a Chinese filmmaker. Jia gained fame for his "Hometown Trilogy": Xiao Wu (1998), Platform (2000), and Unknown Pleasures (2002), and rose from an underground filmmaker to a leading figure of China's Sixth Generation of directors.
