Leonardo Romero

Bishop Leonardo Romero was a Bishop in the Episcopal Church. Bishop Romero was consecrated Bishop Suffragan of the Diocese of Mexico in 1964 and assigned to the Northern Mexico region. In the 1972 General Convention of the Diocese of Mexico divided into three, and Bishop Romero was elected the first Bishop of the Diocese of Northern Mexico of the Anglican Church of Mexico. A title he held until his death in 1986.
