Pretty Cerise Thayer was a minister's daughter, and she liked doing good, useful things. She was sure that heaven was rewarding her. All she had to do was pray, and God would take care of all her problems. When her demanding baby sister came along and started spoiling things, Cerise prayed for God to take her back--and He did. When the mean boy next door made fun of her, she prayed for God to make him stop--forever.
