Orangeville is a family friendly, gated community that promises safety to those who purchase a home in this middle-class sanctuary, but turns into a nightmare when nature decides to fight back. The gates that once promised security become a trap where people can enter but no one leaves alive. The community members, led by retired biology teacher, Richard Thomas, must work together in order to escape the fresh horror of their once idyllic home before they all become exterminated. Extermination: money may buy a piece of the American Dream, but it will be the death of you.
