Karen Newman is a savvy business exec whose sole experience with street crime is the evening news. A savage attack on her daughter, and the criminal's release, changes all that. Consumed with rage, she is seduced by a vigilante group whose sworn aim is to hunt down criminals nationwide. But nothing is as it seems. Instead of justice, she finds only violence.
