After being disinherited by her father, Sidone announced her intention to go to Paris to study art. She however turned to fashion designing and at the famous fashion house of Maison Royale she soon became chief designer. Before leaving there to go to Como in Italy, she meets Charles Brewer. In Como she meets Nigel Franklin, owner of a large department store, who falls in love with her and the couple seem destined to share their future together.
