When beer drinking, joy seeking Tessa Ryan turns up missing on the last night of a Key West vacation, only the police seem concerned. Jack Hough, her workaholic boyfriend (or fiancé, depending upon who’s asked) is irritated, believing she ran off to prove a point. Nick, her long-suffering brother, is pissed. He thinks Tessa took off on another impromptu adventure. Paris again? Soon the woman Jack thought he knew has morphed into a perplexing stranger with more secrets than he can keep track of and Jack realizes a missed business meeting is the least of his problems.
