After someone spikes her drink at a party, Debra is abducted and the police must act quickly to find her. But they have several suspects to investigate, as Debra has grudges with her would-be boyfriend and her sister's ex-boyfriend, and there are plenty of people in the community with grudges against her family. When at last she is returned unharmed, Debra cannot identify her abductor, and her well-wishers realize that they must find and expose the kidnapper before they can begin to recover from the trauma.
