Two young scientists, David Evans and Henry Lindstrom, are trying to develop a means of transporting a human being into another time, but they will encounter more than scientific obstacles. An unscrupulous reporter is convinced that David Evans’ foster family is hiding a secret, and he is determined to discover what it is. At the same time, a fellow scientist is intent on blocking their project and is willing to do whatever it takes to destroy their work.
