In the fall, Ed and Peggy are moving to Maine to make a fresh start. Peggy’s been accepted into a graduate program at the University of Maine, and Ed is attending the college as a sophomore. After the death of her mother four years ago, Peggy was given a journal explaining the existence of magic in the world. She’s been studying the journal and quietly practicing her magic, honing her skills. She’s trying to learn about a world her mother had carefully hidden from her.
