The problem is, godparents Wanda and Cosmo have broken the rules, giving Vicky all their lost powers, and breaking the rule book in a strange twist of events. Join Timmy on this magical adventure to find all the pages of da broken rule book and restore his godparents' powers before they lose them forever.
