A newsreel from the 1940s documenting the preparatory session for the convention of directors of national schools, held in the auditorium of the Colegio Nacional Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. This session was presided over by the Director of Municipal Education, Dr. Francisco Cadenillas. Topics of importance to national education were discussed, and the President of the Republic, Mr. Manuel Prado Ugarteche, was named honorary president, and the Minister of Education, Enrique Laroza, was named honorary vice president.
