Narayan Fad is a man living in a tribal village, who comes to the city for his wife's cancer treatment along with their daughter. The film portrays Narayan's desperation to save his wife and stretch himself to make things back to normal. As the treatment is expensive for Narayan to afford, he tries to take help from the government aids or the medical subsidy schemes created for the poor. Due to lack of awareness and education, he was rejected from a number of schemes but fortunately one scheme promised him to pay entirely for the treatment. It was a huge sigh of relief, but little did he know that the happiest day in his life was going to take a dark turn and end up being the most tragic day. The film shows how one is unable to spend time with their loved ones in such a situation due to unfavourable conditions. Now Narayan is stuck between his gray present and a beautiful warm past.
