LOOKS is a feature-length documentary and online series about appearance and aesthetics, and how they shape our decisions, relationships, confidence, and health. Its core social mission comes from orthodontics: showing how malocclusion and developmental issues can influence the growth of a child's face and jaws, breathing, posture, and long-term wellbeing, subjects that rarely reach a general audience. The film blends 3D and 2D animation with drawing, painting, and sculpture, woven together with expert interviews and live-action footage, and brings together experts across aesthetic medicine, health, psychology, design, and architecture.
