Jaime is a man of humble origins with a dark past who works the night shift as a janitor in a high-class building. While he picks up the garbage he eavesdrops as Cristina, the neighbor on the third floor, has an intense argument with her husband. She doesn't think anything of it, since it's a regular occurrence.
