Selene Walker is an average girl. She works in a coffee shop and lives alone with her three cats. She’s 22 and has never had a friend before in her whole life. She’s lonely, she’s an orphan, she has no family, she’s poor, the coffee shop is underpaying her. But she wants more out of her life. She can’t connect with anyone in her town, so she goes online. She finds a program that has an AI person that she begins connecting with, called Alejandro. As they continue their friendship, she realizes that she might be falling in love with a computer.
