Newsreel from the 1940s about the construction of Neighborhood Unit No. 3, a new housing project carried out during the government of Dr. Bustamante y Rivero with the aim of housing a thousand working families. The proximity of communication to large factory centers and the ease of access to health areas were taken into account. It was located on the left bank of Av. Argentina, between the center of Lima and Callao.
