Perpetrators of burglary, theft, violence or vandalism are increasingly being captured by security cameras. In the new program Caught! we see victims who have camera images of the crime. Despite this hard evidence, the police cannot help these people for several reasons. That is why crime reporters Thijs Zeeman and Jens Olde Kalter, together with the victims, are trying to track down the perpetrators. Are the victims given justice?
