Bandit groups take over entire cities in post-war Russia. Rostov-on-Don is no exception. In 1947, a gang appears there that robs the city at night. Egor Dragun, a criminal investigation officer, suspects that the gang is not made up of ordinary criminals. As a result of the investigation, it turns out that the robbery of the city is just a cover. The main goal of the gang is to free a German scientist who is working on creating a nuclear bomb. Now Egor has to stop a new war.
