Jonathan Czodor Ichmoukametoff (known as John C.) finds himself in each episode in the company of a great chef cooking in the middle of nature in a French region. Each chef is only allowed to take with him three kitchen accessories and three ingredients of his choice. For three days, John C., specialist in Survival Techniques and founder of the school of life and survival in the forest as well as of the school of scouts-trackers, will introduce the chef to survival in the wilderness: hunting, fishing, gathering, cooking food, obtaining drinking water...
