The series manages to again unprecedented access to forensic pathologists, mortuary technicians, police and the Coroner herself as it takes a look at the work done by Her Majesty's Coroner Alison Thompson and her team. The cameras follow their every move as they examine in detail mysterious, violent and unnatural deaths in West London, one of the busiest jurisdictions in the country.
