Dr. Tobias Falk is arrested at his own birthday party: According to the indictment, he is said to have actively euthanized a cancer patient; Maria Weinfurtner. Unfortunately, shortly before her death, she had appointed him the sole heir of her property. The judge speaks of "murder for base motives" and sends Tobias to prison for ten years.
