The shores of Lake Constance is the workplace of German homicide detective Micha Oberländer and his Austrian counterpart Hannah Zeiler. They have the same beat, but couldn't be more different: where Micha is pragmatic but empathic, Hannah Zeiler is distant and aloof to everyone around her. Despite, or because of their different characters and methods, Micha and Hannah make a brilliant team. The longer they work together the more they enjoy each other's company. Maybe even more than they would like to admit.
