Derya (Via Jikeli), Malik (Arsenij Walker), Chloë (Maja Bons) and Schröder (Luise von Stein) are all with psychotherapist Dr. Thomalla in treatment. On the day that Thomalla is found dead in front of her house, the four meet for the first time. Between police, ambulance and crisis intervention teams, Derya decides to continue the group's therapy under her guidance - with unexpected and sometimes fatal consequences.
