In "Flukten fra Bolivia" we are drawn into a fight for survival. Ida, her sister-in-law Michelle and Ida's lover Cecilie are brutally arrested at the airport in Bolivia, accused of smuggling cocaine. The three girls are sentenced to life behind bars in one of the country's poorest women's prisons.
