Gehraiyaan is about a woman who is tormented by evil forces when she attempts to get her life back on track. Researcher Reyna Kapoor coming to Mumbai after suffering a trauma in Bangalore. As she faces some reluctance from the hospital about her surgical practice, Reyna also experiences strange, paranormal things around her. Reyna tries to find out the cause of this dark presence but faces disbelief from her colleagues. She finds comfort in her neighbor, Sahil, but also senses something mysterious about him. Is Reyna truly being attacked by dark force? Is Sahil connected to the strange occurring? Is all of the occurring connected to her trauma?
