While Shin Yi Rang dreams of joining a prestigious law firm, he's constantly rejected due to his father's criminal past. Undeterred, he "borrows" money from his mother and opens up his own law firm in a building formerly owned by a shaman. His life and career take a supernatural turn after incense he found in a desk drawer gifts him with the ability to communicate with – and be possessed by – ghosts. With unexpected help from elite lawyer Han Na Hyun, Yi Rang is able to get justice for his first ghostly client, although she's reluctant to admit that spirits are truly speaking to Yi Rang. As their peculiar partnership continues to develop, Yi Rang and Na Hyun find themselves growing closer in more ways than one, all while helping lingering spirits get the closure they need to pass on.
