Businessman Roman Sokolov and his partner fall into the hands of law enforcement agencies on suspicion of fraud on a particularly large scale. However, Roman made a deal with the investigation in advance: as a result, his accomplice is sent to jail, and he and his daughter Alice are transported to Blagoveshchensk under the witness protection program. Now they are the "Khomyakov family", and their safety is provided by Major Sveta and Captain Grisha. Roman will have to play the role of an exemplary family man, live in a "fake" police family and establish relations with his daughter Alice, who is not at all happy about the move.
