My Golden Blood tells a story of the love between a human and a vampire. When duty and love intersect, a decision must be made. The mission to protect the special blood that can awaken the hunger of vampires. Tong, a 20-year-old boy, is born with a special blood known as the Golden Blood but he is told by everyone around him that he has Hemophilia and must avoid anything that could risk spilling his blood. However, Tong breaks that rule and becomes a server at an event on behalf of Tonkla, his best friend from the same orphanage. That's how he meets Mark, the 200-year-old heir of the Amarittrakul family and the host of the event. Mark tries to take Tong away from the other guests but an accident happens, causing Tong to spill his blood. The sweet scent of the blood stirs chaos, awakening the thirst of the vampires, including Nakan, a 250-year-old vampire and another heir of the Amarittrakul family, who also desires the Golden Blood.
