After being fired for her past mistakes, former entertainment company CEO Kang Soo-hyun is offered a severance package to buy out her longtime trainee, Yoo Jin-woo. Soo-hyun decides to train Jin-woo well and sell him to another company so that she can buy a factory for her disabled child. At first, she only thinks of her own child and tries to make Jin-woo successful, but as time goes by, she helps him sincerely.
