The protagonist of Polkan is a young lieutenant named Slava Kurochka. As soon as he joined the service, his partner Pavlo Safronov fell into a coma. And then the fun began: the operative's soul moved into a dog! And the only one who can hear Safronov in the dog's body is his young and inexperienced partner Kurochka. At the same time, the police will be catching criminals and looking for a way to return Safronov back to a human body. Along the way, they will constantly find themselves in funny situations.
