Russian hackers Fyodor, Boris and Ignat are going to hack the world in the name of digital freedom, equality and fraternity under enormous control and hegemony of Fyodor. There is only one problem: to realize their aim they need a big community of hackers all over the world. That is why the hackers invite international filmmakers from AmericaTomorrow to shoot a documentary... excuse me, hackumentary about themselves.
