Both family members of Western and Traditional Korean medicine hospitals in Onjeong City have had bad blood towards each other for 30 years due to a misunderstanding. Ju-ah and Hyun-bin, each hailing from rival medical families, spend a drunken night together. They later find themselves reunited in the workplace as boss and employee.Even Ju-ah, who is repulsed by the idea of marriage, eventually falls for Hyun-bin, the guy who liked her and who becomes to the ‘straightforward young man', but their relationship turns things upside down for the families. Eventually, the truth of the ‘runaway incident' from 30 years ago is revealed and the two families barely go into reconciliation mode, and it looked like the grudge might end… but a new crisis awaits them.
