Teens at the Alpha Ranch wildlife preserve join forces with trained animals to rescue people in danger. The Alpha Team, comprised of humans and animals, acts as a search and rescue unit. Led by Bob Donell and his children, Kathy and Jim, they respond whenever someone is lost, injured, or stranded. Each episode highlights the unique abilities of specific animals for their rescue missions. Featured wildlife includes a raccoon, lion, black bear, otter, hawk, cougar, chimpanzee, donkey, St. Bernard, and jaguar. Based in the Midwest, the Donell family is ready for on-call missions around the world, from remote rural areas to city streets.
