Sisterhood is a Chinese female overseas inspirational struggle epic drama directed by Guo Shimin ("Soul Ferry") and starring Xiao Yan ("Republican Detective", "Half Sweet and Half Hurt") and Dai Xiangyu ("Three Lives Three Worlds Pillow Book", "The Spoiled Consort"). Xiao Yan and Dai Xiangyu join hands to renew the previous relationship of "The Little Nyonya" and tell the story of thousands of emotions down in the South China Sea; an inspirational saga of the era, a new female-focused work; the wonderful brush depicts the spirit of Chinese overseas struggle, and the beauty of Chinese culture in the vicissitudes of the sea.
