16-year-old Artem dreams of becoming an architect and building a city, creating architecture that people need: "simple and laconic, but not gray and monotonous." Together with the film crew, the future architect travels around Russia, studying cities and the stories of their inhabitants. A young man is looking for an answer to the main question: how to create a city where a person can realize his own scenario, and not fit into the one imposed by the environment?
