Song Huai Chuan, a member of the Nuwa clan, is tricked into forming a contract with Xu Sui An, who suffers from a terminal illness. He initially intends to use marriage as a cover to stabilize his company and uncover the truth behind his mother's death; Xu Sui An, in turn, can be cured of her illness using the bloodline of the Nuwa clan. Both get what they want, but in theprocess of investigating the truth, Song Huai Chuan discovers that Xu Sui An seems to have a complex relationship with his mother, and that she is not a simple human girl, but a shrouded-in-mystery figure.
