Seventh division — a division of Moscow criminal investigation Department, which investigates crimes related to theft of vehicles and illegal car business, for this division was nicknamed the "theft".The show's main characters — the chief of Department Colonel Zorin and his staff Alexey Shinkarev, Sergey Veresov and Alla Zimin. Their "wards" — the so-called intellectual elite of the underworld of professional thieves.
