Frank Hawkins, Jr. is an American former professional football player who was a running back for seven seasons with the Oakland / Los Angeles Raiders of the National Football League (NFL) from 1981 to 1987. He played college football for the Nevada Wolf Pack. He is also a former Las Vegas City Council member.
