Gregory P. Roman is an American professional football coach. He is currently Senior offensive assistant for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL) He was previously the Offensive Coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers from 2024 to 2025, and the Baltimore Ravens for four years prior. Before serving with the Baltimore Ravens, Roman was an assistant coach for the Buffalo Bills, San Francisco 49ers, Houston Texans and Carolina Panthers.
