Robert Tallon (1932–2015) was an American painter, illustrator, writer, and singer. Between the late 1960s and mid-1980s, Tallon wrote and/or illustrated 18 books, most of which were picture books and alphabet books for children. He is also known for his magazine illustrations, especially his cover art for The New Yorker during the same period.
