Shahmar Zulfugar oglu Alakbarov (Azerbaijani: Şahmar Ələkbərov; was an Azerbaijani actor, screenwriter, voice actor, narrator, director, and People's Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR. He was also a member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1978.
