Siti Hasmah Mohamad Ali

Hasmah binti Mohamad Ali, commonly known as Siti Hasmah, is a Malaysian physician and civil servant who was the spouse of the prime minister of Malaysia from 1981 to 2003 and again from 2018 to 2020, as the wife of Mahathir Mohamad. In Malaysia, Siti Hasmah is respectfully known as Ibu Negara. At the age of 99, she is currently the oldest-living spouse of a prime minister of Malaysia.
