Vyto Ruginis
Vytautas Ignacas "Vyto" Ruginis is an American actor. He is best known for playing vampire Russell Winters in the television series Angel in its first episode, "City Of", as well as for his appearances in CSI, Murder, She Wrote, House, M.D., The X-Files, ER, Law & Order, NCIS: Los Angeles and other television programs.
